パッドは数週間使用できます。清潔で湿った状態を保つことが重要です。使用後はパッドをパッドホルダーに収納し、空気に触れて乾燥しないように注意してください。パッドが多少乾燥したり汚れたりしても、湿らせた布で拭けばすぐに元の状態に戻ります。また、eKegelには会陰部用と尾骨用のパッドがそれぞれ4枚ずつ付属しており、丁寧に扱えば数か月は持ちます。
